1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express.

2. Click Tools.

3. Click Accounts.

4. Click Add.

5. Click Mail.

6. Type your own name into the Display Name box.

7. Click Next.

8. Type your Lizzy Internet email address into the E-mail address box.

9. Click Next.

10. Type pop.lizzy.com.au into the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server box.

11. Type smtp.lizzy.com.au into the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box.

12. Click Next.

13. Type your Lizzy Internet mailbox name into the Account name box.

14. Type your Lizzy Internet password into the Password box.

15. Click Next.

16. Click Finish.

17. Click Send/Receive to download your email!
